When will I receive my order?

After placing your order, processing takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). The cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer. The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday - Friday).

What are the shipping costs?

All orders at Mode Mystique NL are shipped for free, and no minimum order amount is required.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day reflection period after delivery. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You can find more information on our returns page.

When will I get my money back for a return?

Once we have received and approved your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 days.

What if I received the wrong item or size?

If you have received an incorrect item or size, we will send the correct product to you free of charge. Please contact us at info@modemystique.nl for this.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order is processed and can no longer be canceled. For cancellations, please contact us immediately at info@modemystique.nl.
