At Mode Mystique NL, we aim to make ordering and delivery as simple as possible. Do you have a question or are you experiencing a problem with your order? Please feel free to contact our customer service team. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered.

Shipping costs

For all orders: free shipping to the United Kingdom, regardless of the order value.

Processing and shipping

Once you have found your perfect item, we make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible.
What you can expect:

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 17:00 Netherlands time (16:00 UK time) are processed on the same working day. Orders placed on Friday evening or at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery time: The average delivery time is 7 to 15 working days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping location: Our products are shipped from our international warehouse in Asia (China). Every order comes with a tracking code so you can follow your parcel.

Order tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking code within a few days. You can use this to easily track your parcel through our delivery partner.

Delivery

Once your order has been delivered, enjoy! If something is not right or you would like to exchange or return an item, please see our returns page for more information about the returns process.

Damaged product?

We are sorry if this happens. Unfortunately, a product can occasionally be damaged during transport. In that case, please contact us at info@modemystique.nl with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will send you a replacement free of charge or, if you prefer, give you a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Order not received?

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@modemystique.nl. We will be happy to look into it for you.
